When you want a resume that must provide all of the basic information that any hiring manager will want to see, you will find this template perfect. At the same time, this has a modern flair that will let you stand apart from the competition as soon as a recruiter or hiring manager lays eyes on it.
The first engaging element is the name in two colors against that dark grey background. Turquoise is a nice color splash throughout, although you have the freedom to change to any color you want. Carrying the color theme down in the form of headings for the major sections is not only attractive but allows the reader to see at a glance how you have structured your information. The other very “modern” element is the use of a bar graph to provide a comparative description of skill levels. It’s just another added unique touch that a reader will find engaging.
